FTC's Wright Warns Against Reaching Too Far On Trolls

Law360, Philadelphia (April 17, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- Much of what so-called patent trolls do may fall outside the scope of federal antitrust law and the Federal Trade Commission should not bring cases against the patent assertion entities until it knows far more about whether they actually hurt consumers, Commissioner Joshua Wright said Wednesday.
