Noncompete Ban Lifted In Waste Co.'s Trade Secrets Fight

Law360, Miami (April 17, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday reversed an injunction enforcing a noncompete agreement signed by a former Choice Environmental Services consultant, ruling that the company could not enforce the agreement under a stricter trade secrets standard without having to prove the misappropriation of trade secrets.
