High Court Deletes Microsoft Keyboard Dispute

Law360 (January 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal brought by Motionless Keyboard Co. in a long-standing spat with Microsoft Corp. and other technology giants over the intellectual property used in certain joysticks and game controllers.

On Monday, the Supreme Court denied the petition for writ of certiorari brought by Motionless, allowing a decision handed down in May by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to stand.
