Diabetes Drugs Have High Rate Of Cancer Links: Report

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 7:54 PM EDT) -- U.S. Food and Drug Administration data show that certain diabetes drugs made by Merck & Co. Inc., AstraZeneca PLC and others, which are already under investigation by the agency, are 25 times more likely to be linked to pancreatic cancer than other diabetes drugs, a watchdog group said Thursday.
