Graco Settles FTC Antitrust Claims Over Spray Foam Buys

Law360, Chicago (April 18, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Graco Inc. agreed to settle the Federal Trade Commission's allegations that it violated antitrust laws by buying two rivals in the spray foam equipment market, inking a deal that bars it from pressuring distributors not to carry its competitors' equipment products, the agency said Thursday.
