Lost Baggage Co. Can't Duck Rival's Bid-Rigging Suit Again

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday allowed a bid-rigging lawsuit brought by Pacific Northwest lost baggage delivery service Expedite Inc. against rival Plus Bags Cars & Serv LLC to proceed, rejecting Plus’ third bid to sink the suit.
