German Gas Cos. Hit With Boosted €244M Cartel Fines

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 1:49 PM EDT) -- A German court has hiked antitrust fines on five liquefied gas companies from €180 million ($235 million) to €244 million, after concluding that the length and gravity of the cartel were more serious than the country's antitrust authority had estimated.
