8th Circ. Foils Insurer's Bid To Arbitrate Plant Collapse Fight

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 3:43 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Friday knocked down a Lloyd's of London syndicate's attempt to force arbitration of a coverage fight with Ameren Missouri over a catastrophic reservoir-wall collapse at a hydroelectric plant that prompted nearly $200 million in product liability and environmental claims.
