Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A pair of congressional Democrats on Thursday pressed the D.C. Circuit to reverse a lower court's decision and uphold the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's proposal to place new limits on derivatives trading, saying lawmakers clearly intended for the limits to apply when drafting the Dodd-Frank Act.
