TD Bank Argues Against Remand Of Rothstein Investor Case

Law360, Miami (April 19, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- TD Bank NA urged a Florida bankruptcy judge on Thursday not to remand an investor suit claiming the bank aided attorney Scott Rothstein in his $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, saying a bankruptcy judge erred in his findings that the case belongs in state court.
