All American Creditors' Plan: Win Antitrust Suits

Law360, New York (January 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- All American Semiconductor Inc.'s unsecured creditors committee has proffered a plan of liquidation for the ailing chip maker, emphasizing the potential recovery value the company's status as a plaintiff in antitrust suits could offer to creditors.

The plan was filed Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida along with a disclosure statement. The company's assets will be liquidated through a trust headed by trustee Kenneth Welt.
