U.S. Trustee Chilly Toward Fedders Asset Sale Plan

Law360 (January 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing Fedders Corp.'s Chapter 11 case has taken issue with the the air conditioning company's bids for court approval to sell off various assets, raising concerns about consumer privacy and saying that interested parties need to be able to determine if the transactions at issue are in the best interest of creditors.
