Skadden Dealmaker Pioneered M&A's 'Wild West'

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Morris Kramer, the longtime Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP partner who died Friday, is remembered by colleagues as a quick-thinking tactician who helped shape the law firm and the sharp-elbowed dealmaking world it came to rule.
