Lynas Beats Challenges To $230M Malaysian Rare Earths Plant

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Lynas Corp. scored a pair of legal wins on Monday when Malaysia's highest court tossed an appeal over its $230 million rare earths plant and a lower court gave its blessing to Lynas joining a judicial review proceeding over the project.
