Senate Panel Unanimously OKs CMS Chief Nomination

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 12:41 PM EDT) -- The Senate Finance Committee on Tuesday unanimously recommended confirmation of Marilyn Tavenner as the first permanent chief of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in seven years, a notable display of bipartisanship on the politically explosive topics of health care reform and entitlement spending.
