NLRB Offers Guidance On Confidential Investigation Policies

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 2:52 PM EDT) -- While reasserting the National Labor Relations Board's controversial prohibition on blanket policies that bar employees from discussing ongoing workplace misconduct investigations, the board's general counsel suggested language that would make an employer's policy lawful in an advice memorandum released recently.
