EPA Can Revoke Army Corps Coal Permits, DC Circ. Says

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Federal environmental regulators have the authority to revoke Clean Water Act permits after they have been issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the D.C. Circuit said Tuesday in a decision reversing a lower court ruling over a massive West Virginia coal mining operation.
