Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Democratic senators on Tuesday urged the D.C. Circuit to overturn a lower court ruling that invalidated the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's proposal to place new limits on derivatives trading, saying Congress clearly intended for the commission to establish position limits.
