Fla. Lawmakers Pass Sweeping Ethics Reform Bill

Law360, Miami (April 24, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The Florida state legislature on Wednesday passed an ethics reform package that limits post-term lobbying and increases enforcement of fines for botched financial disclosures, sending the governor the most sweeping ethics reform legislation since the Sunshine Amendment in 1976.
