GE Takes $105M Stake In Data Services Spinoff

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 2:26 PM EDT) -- General Electric Co. will pay $105 million to acquire a 10 percent stake in a data applications joint venture between EMC Corp. and VMware Inc. that officially became independent on April 1, according to a joint release by the parties Wednesday.
