Enviros Get Partial Win In EPA Suit Over Idaho Waterways

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday handed a partial victory to environmentalists challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of Idaho's river, stream and lake anti-degradation plan, ruling the agency should reconsider how much pollution the plan allows.
