Pa. PUC Enforcement Bureau Loses Bid To Ax Utility's License

Law360, Philadelphia (April 25, 2013, 4:01 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on Tuesday dismissed a complaint that would have revoked Glacial Energy Inc.’s license to provide energy in the state, finding the company’s chief operating officer did not violate disclosure requirements.
