Bankrupt School Specialty Gets Disclosure Statement OK'd

Law360, Wilmington (April 24, 2013, 8:28 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave conditional approval to School Specialty Inc.'s disclosure statement Wednesday, allowing the educational supply company to begin soliciting votes on its Chapter 11 plan but preserving the right of parties to object to the document at next month's confirmation hearing.
