Corporate Officers Must Resign In Writing: Fla. Appeals Court

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday reversed a lower court ruling in a breach of fiduciary duty dispute between two partners behind Pain Reduction Concepts Inc., saying Florida statute explicitly requires written notice before a corporate officer can resign from a company.
