FINRA Withdraws Proposed Broker Disclosure Rule

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority last week withdrew a proposed rule requiring its registered broker-dealers to make online information about their backgrounds more accessible to investors, saying it planned to revise the rule after comments from industry participants.
