Outlook Bleak For Ex-DOJ Lawyer's Employment Suit

Law360 (January 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former U.S. Department of Justice lawyer suffered a major defeat in his decade-long suit against his former employer and supervisors when a federal judge tossed his claim under the Privacy Act concerning the alleged disclosure of documents related to his tenure at the DOJ in the 1980s.
