Microsoft v. Jury Trial Delayed to March 1, 2004

Law360, New York (November 25, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. District Court in Seattle has set a new date for the Microsoft v. trademark dispute, said Tuesday.

Due to a scheduling conflict with a criminal matter, the trial date has been moved from Dec. 1, 2003 to March 1, 2004.

Proceedings were originally planned for April 2003, but the judge overseeing the case pushed the trial back to give Lindows time to review documents from a 1992 trademark case between Apple Computer and Microsoft.
