FERC Approves Early Deadline For New England Power Bids

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday accepted a proposal requiring New England electricity market participants to submit their bids for the region's day-ahead market two hours earlier, saying it would increase energy reliability in the area.
