Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday shot down LFG National Capital LLC's bid to force plaintiffs' attorney Joseph M. Alioto to repay a $28.2 million loan debt from attorneys' fees awarded in multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing among liquid crystal display companies.
