Wright Accuses Arthrex Of Medical Device Trademark Ripoff

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 2:11 PM EDT) -- Orthopedic device maker Wright Medical Technology Inc. on Thursday hit Arthrex Inc. with a suit in Delaware federal court, accusing its rival of misusing two foot reconstructive device trademarks to promote its own products and unfairly compete with Wright.
