Pa. High Court OKs Workers' Comp Disclaimers For 3rd Parties

Law360, Philadelphia (April 26, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a lower court decision finding that a disclaimer in an employment contract preventing an employee from suing a third-party customer for injuries sustained at work was valid.
