Watchdog Calls For IRS To Step Up ACA Implementation

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The Internal Revenue Service has made significant progress in implementing the Affordable Care Act's so-called individual and employer mandates, but could make better use of health insurance data being provided by employers to ensure compliance with the law, an IRS watchdog said Thursday.
