GOP Reps. Criticize EPA Over Fracking Studies

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Several Republican lawmakers on Friday took the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to task for its research into the effects of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, saying the agency's approach to the controversial practice had been driven by politics and not science.
