Greenberg Malpractice Plaintiffs Ask To Admit Evidence

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Wyers Products Group Inc. told a Colorado federal court Friday that its attorney-client communications with three Greenberg Traurig LLP associates during confidential mediation sessions to settle a patent infringement lawsuit against Master Lock Co. should be admissible in its legal malpractice case against the firm.
