Electrolux Disputes Duties On Washers From Mexico

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Household appliance maker Electrolux Home Products Corp. NV on Friday filed a complaint with the U.S. Court of International Trade challenging recently issued anti-dumping and countervailing duties on washing machines from Mexico, saying government findings that foreign imports harm American businesses aren't sufficiently backed by evidence.
