Dallas Firm Wins $1.25M Embezzled By Ex-Managing Partner

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Dallas based law firm DeHay & Elliston LLP will recover $1.25 million from a former managing partner it accused of embezzling funds through a firm credit card following a Dallas county court judge's approval of a voluntary agreement between the parties.
