Bankrupt Rotech Seeks To Sack Equity Committee

Law360, Wilmington (April 29, 2013, 8:30 PM EDT) -- Rotech Healthcare Inc. on Friday asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to disband the recently formed shareholders committee, with the medical equipment maker saying it shouldn't be forced to foot the bill for a group that has no economic interest in the Chapter 11 case.
