Wyo. Votes To Put $600M In Private Equity Investments

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The Wyoming agency responsible for allocating the roughly $16 billion in the state's investment portfolio unanimously approved a private equity investment plan Monday that calls for allocations of up to $600 million over the next three to five years.

The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board, which includes Wyoming's top five elected officials including Gov. Matt Mead, approved the private equity investment plan, prepared for the state by consultant R.V. Kuhns & Associates Inc.
