Ex-NLRB Chair Sees Uncertain Future For Board

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 9:57 PM EDT) -- Former National Labor Relations Board Chairman Wilma Liebman said Monday she was “virtually certain” that the U.S. Supreme Court would decide the NLRB's challenge to the D.C. Circuit's blockbuster Noel Canning decision, and summed up the near future of labor law with one word: uncertainty.
