BLM Issues Rule To Smooth Way For Solar, Wind Projects

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 6:08 PM EDT) -- The Bureau of Land Management on Monday released a final rule allowing it to temporarily segregate public land targeted for use in a wind or solar energy project from claims for mining use, part of its strategy to promote the development of renewable energy on public lands.
