ITC Closes Probe Over LG Backlight Patent Claims

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has ended a probe into whether LG Electronics Inc. violated a patent for backlighting technology used in liquid crystal displays, affirming an administrative law judge's ruling that the patent was not infringed, according to a notice Monday.
