Cozen Asks Pa. Appeals Court To Let It Forgive Campaign Debt

Law360, Philadelphia (May 14, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- The chairman of Cozen O’Connor on Monday asked a Pennsylvania appeals court to overturn a ruling preventing his firm from retiring more than $500,000 in unpaid legal fees accrued by U.S. Democratic Rep. Bob Brady during his unsuccessful Philadelphia mayoral run in 2007.
