Atlas Air Undermined Staffing Contract, Global Inflight Says

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Atlas Air Inc. undermined a flight staffing contract it held with airline contracting company Global Inflight Services Inc. when it partnered with a rival contractor that it encouraged to poach Global's employees, a lawsuit filed Monday in Florida state court alleges.
