Littler Defends Partner Who Blasted 'Tyrannical' Ogletree Atty

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The managing director of Littler Mendelson PC defended on Tuesday a new labor partner who reportedly sent a highly critical email to clients of his former firm about the firm's treatment of another lawyer at Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC.

Last week, Don Prophete, a high-profile labor defense lawyer from Ogletree, led six other laterals to Littler, saying he was ready to re-start after departing Ogletree suddenly last month amid a dispute about firm leadership's treatment of a female attorney.
