FlasterGreenberg Faces Ex-Associate's Wrongful Firing Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (May 1, 2013, 2:48 PM EDT) -- A former Flaster/Greenberg PC associate launched a suit in Pennsylvania state court Tuesday alleging she was fired without cause after complaining about a hostile work environment created by the chair of the firm's intellectual property practice.

Taffie Jones, who joined Flaster/Greenberg as an associate in March 2012, says she was fired in November less than a month after formally reporting to the firm's human resources department that she'd been consistently berated and insulted by IP department chair Lynda Calderone for purportedly failing to meet performance standards....
