GAO Urges New Toxic Reporting Regs To Fight EPA Delays

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Government Accountability Office report released Monday urged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to enact new industrial reporting rules for chemical companies, saying the agency’s toxic chemical regulation agenda could be delayed for another decade because it lacks necessary data.
