Victoria's Secret Wins Lower Tariffs On Bra-Shirt Hybrids

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 2:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled Thursday that U.S. customs officials had incorrectly labeled bra tops imported by Victoria's Secret as “tank tops” for tariff purposes, siding with the lingerie giant's argument that the garments should have faced a lower rate.
