Unions Fight Intervention In Mich. Right-To-Work Battle

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- Allowing four workers to intervene in and fight a lawsuit brought by the Michigan State AFL-CIO and others that seeks to have a recent Michigan right-to-work law declared invalid would impede the case and cause undue delay, the plaintiffs told a Detroit federal court Thursday.
