Lundy Law Firm 'Monopolized' Philly Legal Ads, Rival Says

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 10:46 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania-based personal injury law firm Lundy Law LLP and its managing partner were hit with a lawsuit Thursday by rival firm Larry Pitt & Associates claiming the defendants sought to dominate legal advertisements by striking exclusive advertising deals with companies and bringing a “baseless” trademark infringement suit against it.
