Atty 'Addicted To Lying' Suspended For Sham Settlement

Law360, Los Angeles (May 2, 2013, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals panel on Tuesday suspended a Manhattan attorney who admitted to being "addicted to lying” for creating a fraudulent settlement agreement, saying he must wait nine months, pass the ethics portion of the bar exam and address his pathological behavior before reinstatement.
